 We
are in an age where individual rights must be fiercely protected.
The price of freedom has been a costly one. Albert David Kirby,
Jr., the founder and managing partner of The Kirby Law Firm, invariably
speaks of “the privilege and price of freedom” in
all of his jury voir dire. “We are able to participate in
this trial on this day because brave men and women of all ages
and of varying ethnic persuasion have given their lives for us
to do so.”
The Kirby Law Firm began with
a dream of Mr. Kirby when he was a young boy. He had the dream
of a firm that would serve the needs of all people with competent
and effective representation.
The Firm has grown and expanded
since its inception. We have had the pleasure of representing
a variety of clients with a variety of legal issues over the years.
